2026 COMMERCE DRIVE RECONSTRUCTION
- Project Description: This project is for the street reconstruction on Commerce Drive from Eastman Avenue to the Jacobs Drain. The project scope includes, but is not limited to, crushing & shaping of bituminous pavement, storm sewer modifications, replacement of concrete curbs and driveways, as well as placement of bituminous pavement. Detours/Traffic Control: For the entire duration of construction, one lane of eastbound traffic shall be maintained on Commerce Drive and westbound traffic shall be detoured via Jefferson Ave./Joe Mann Blvd./Eastman Ave.Project Status: UpcomingStart Date: May 11, 2026
2026 LANCASTER STREET RECONSTRUCTION
- Project Description: This project is for the street reconstruction on Lancaster Street from Love Street to Sugnet Road. The project scope includes, but is not limited to, crushing & shaping of bituminous pavement, storm sewer modifications, replacement of concrete curbs and driveways, as well as placement of bituminous pavement. 2026 PINE RIVER RD. & BENSON ST. RECONSTRUCTION
- Project Description: This project is for the street reconstruction on Pine River Rd., and Benson St. from Poseyville to the Poseyville Preserve. 2026 DRAKE ST., CAMPAU DR. & NORWOOD DR. RECONSTRUCTION & WATERMAIN
- Project Description: This project is for the street reconstruction and water main installation on Drake St. from Saginaw Rd. to Longfellow Ln., Campau Dr. from Saginaw Rd. to Longfellow Ln. and Norwood Dr. from Campau Dr. to 500 feet west of Eastman Ave. The project scope includes but is not limited to crushing & shaping of bituminous pavement, water main installation, storm sewer modifications, replacement of concrete curb and driveway approaches, and placement of new bituminous pavement.Detours/Traffic Control: All traffic, including pedestrian traffic and vehicular traffic, shall be maintained on Drake St., Campau Dr. and Norwood Dr., throughout the entire duration of construction. Project Status: Campau Drive & Norwood Drive to start on April 13th; Drake Street to start on June 3rd.Start Date: April 13, 2026
